We are a small, ambitious team solving hard problems across AI, data, infrastructure, and interface design, against a bar that is easy to state and hard to hit: the notebook has to run.

## Open roles

- **Founding Frontend Engineer.** Engineering. Remote. Full-time. Core skills: Next.js, TailwindCSS, bundlers, Node.js, state management, TanStack Query, OOP, SSE, polling, webhooks, WebSockets, Supabase and REST integration. 1 to 5% equity depending on candidate.
- **Founding UI/UX Engineer.** Engineering. Remote. Full-time. Strong portfolio of end-to-end design work, Figma prototyping, components and design systems, and a sharp eye for detail. 1 to 5% equity depending on candidate.

- **Pragmatic development.** Efficient, maintainable code aimed at real user needs. No over-engineering.
- **Fail fast.** Ship the smallest honest version, put it in front of a user, let the result decide.
- **Deep craft.** Pixel-level polish and sub-second loads.
- **Intellectual honesty.** If it does not run, it does not ship.
- **Ownership culture.** You own what you ship, end to end.
- **Long-term thinking.** Infrastructure, not hacks.
